All packages are priced per coaching relationship, not per person. Parent sessions are scheduled separately from the teen's — and there's no added cost to include them.
Starter Package
3 weeks - $420
A focused starting point — for teens working through something specific, or just testing out what coaching feels like.
Parent sessions can be added if it's helpful, or this package can stand alone for a parent who wants support without their teen involved.
In between...
Sessions are available in 3, 6, or 9-week blocks at $140/session.
The 12-week package includes a discount over the per-session rate.
Growth Package
12 weeks - $1500
My most in-depth option, built for real change over time. Some families use this for ongoing teen coaching with occasional parent check-ins along the way — but it's flexible.
It can be teen-only, parent-only, or a mix of both, shaped around what's actually needed.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if my teen is resistant or skeptical about coaching?
Most teens and many adults think coaching is like therapy so they'll naturally hesitate. Often teens think suggesting coaching or therapy means something is wrong with them and need to be "fixed." Nothing is wrong with them, but if your teen is resistant, we can discuss ways to have him or her meet with me at our Clarity Call.
How long before I start seeing changes in my teen?
Change doesn't happen overnight. It's a process. But because every session is individualized, the time it takes for you to see changes in your teen will vary from one to another.
Do I have to take part in parent coaching?
No, you do not have to take part. However research has shown that the more a parent is involved in this process, the better the teen thrives. We understand time can be a factor in not participating, but we encourage parents to take part in at least some of the parent coaching sessions.
Yes. Sometimes that's what a teen needs to see before they are ready to be coached so it's a great example to them if you as a parent jump in and get coached first.
Will you coach me as a parent only if my teen's not ready?
Will my teen's sessions be confidential? What do you share with me as the parent?
All parents will get a high level weekly update on the topic of each session, but confidentiality is a cornerstone of my practice. In order for teens to be comfortable with me and share with me I must keep our discussions private. The only exception being if I believe any clients are in danger of hurting themselves or others.

All major credit cards. Paypal and Venmo are also accepted.
